About East Sussex Digital Radio
Low-cost digital radio broadcasting technology was pioneered in neighbouring Brighton & Hove over the last decade. Along with OpenDAB Brighton & Hove, local broadcasters More Radio (Total Sense Media Ltd), Seahaven FM (Seahaven FM Broadcasting Ltd) and Hailsham FM (Hailsham FM Ltd) have formed East Sussex Digital Radio Ltd to apply to the Broadcasting regulator Ofcom for a ‘broadcast multiplex’ licence to cover Eastbourne, Hailsham, Lewes, Newhaven and Seaford.
East Sussex Digital Radio proposes to offer radio transmission services to existing and new radio services.
